Dress Details
This is a stunning dress with a jeweled waistband and border on the sweetheart neckline. Only worn one time for a pageant crowning event. The dress is long with a slight train in the back. The bodice is a tight fit while the skirt is loose and flows out. Could have bigger hips than 30" due to style of dress. Model in picture is 5'8" and wore 3" inch heels. More details below:
