This dress is a true classic. The cup sleeves on the crop top are just darling paired with the rose floral knee length skirt. Dress is made of polyester and hits right at the knee. It also features an open back with a tie at the neck. Please keep in mind, seller is in China and could take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Seller does accept refund requests if item is not as described.
