This dress is made of cotton candy dreams. The beautiful florette bodice is such a popping shade of pink. The sky blue skirt with light pink large flowers is sweet as can be. The crop top features a halter style neckline with slim detailing in the back and a built in bra. the skirt has a slight poof to it.
